Should I buy 2008 Lexus ES350 or Camry Spider(2008-2011). Please car experts should advise me. I like the Lexus cos is not common on the road and prestigious but my mechanic says Spider is better. But Spider is too common.

Buy the Lexus ES350, keyless, comes with the 2GR engine,... The spider on the other hand is 2az or 1az engine, except u wana drive the XLE. The Lexus ES350 shares similar parts with Camry spider.... If you notice many pple now buy the Es350 instead of going for the Camry XLE, they are same v6 engine but the drive of the Lexus is better, and since it's luxury version of the Toyota it comes with a high quality interior than the Toyota spider. Also change your mechanic, he is an okoko

From ur write up it seems ur mechanic can’t handle cars with bigger engine so it better u change ur Mechanic

Note— Lexus es350 is also very common even than d xle camry of same year

Maybe your mechanic is afraid that the repair for him might be complicated. For me, I will prefer the ES350 any day.

From my observations, the Toyota camry 08-11 interiors are just there nothing special except you love-vendor the car.

However, both are Japanese but the Lexus design is far better, interior is top notch
