Arsenal will be hoping to cement their position in the top four with a win over Bournemouth on Sunday afternoon. 

The Gunners head into the game off the back of an impressive 4-0 victory over Standard Liege in the Europa League on Thursday night with youngster Gabriel Martinelli bagging himself another brace.

However, attention turns to domestic matters tomorrow and Arsenal have the opportunity to move up to third in the Premier League table with a win over Bournemouth at the Emirates Stadium.

Unai Emery’s men drew 1-1 with Manchester United last week and are unbeaten in their last seven games in all competitions so the north Londoners will be confident of heading into the international break with a positive result under their belt.

However, Bournemouth won’t be heading to the Emirates just to make-up the numbers as Eddie Howe’s side are just one point behind Arsenal so they could move into the top four with a shock win tomorrow.

Arsenal have no fresh injury concerns to worry about but they’ll continue to be without Alexandre Lacazette due to an ankle injury that’s hampered him all season.

Emery is expected to make changes from the side that played on Thursday night with Bernd Leno, Sokratis, Granit Xhak, Matteo Guendouzi and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang among those set for recalls.

Hector Bellerin made his first start of the season in the Europa League but Emery is unlikely to risk him so soon while Mesut Ozil will be hoping to feature after not being involved in the last two Arsenal squads.

Bournemouth are set to welcome winger Ryan Fraser back following illness but Adam Smith is out with a hamstring injury and Dan Gosling remains on the sidelines with a hip complaint. Chris Mepham, David Brooks, Charlie Daniels and Junior Stanislas are also still unavailable.
