NPA's Claim For Shutting Down Multi-Billion Naira BUA Terminal Busted - Politics Nigeria (Photos)

POLITICS NIGERIA has Photographs of the Multi-billion Naira Terminal/Facilities operated by BUA in Port-Harcourt which was recently shut down by the NPA.

The Terminal plays a vital role in the Transportation and Distribution of Various Products manufactured/Imported by the Firm. The Terminal B Jetty was decommissioned by the Nigerian Ports Authority(NPA) over "DILAPIDATED" structures which make the terminal unsafe for business.

A visit to the facility greatly contradicts the claims of the NPA as there was no visible evidence that the terminal was unsafe for business as claimed by the agency.

Over 250 dockworkers employed by the firm are now jobless due to the decommissioning as activities have been brought to a screeching halt. Ships laden with products are stuck at sea as they normally berth at the Terminal B Jetty.

Below are photos of the entire facility;

FG is against BUA cos BUA is contending with dangote in business. dangote is more favorite in business than any Hausa business man in the north cos' of the alliance with pmb. as far as am concerned, BUA will rise and will defeat dangote in business. it's just matter of time.

The NPA must do whatever they want to do in time for work to commence on this huge facility.

Over 250 dockworkers employed by the firm are now jobless due to the decommissioning as activities have been brought to a screeching halt. Ships laden with products are stuck at sea as they normally berth at the Terminal B Jetty.
These workers must go back to work.

Good to atleast know that we have a fucntioning Port Authority that Atiku embezzled and looted BILLIONS of naira as the head.
This is one of the reasons why he will never be the President of this great nation.

BUA should invite an international seaport body, neutral to the FG and themselves, for evaluation.

We can continue from the outcome.

This is how organizations in America, Europe, Far East Asia, Australia operate.

NPA cannot say no when an international body accreditation outcome says YES!

So Dangote just started his business empire when PMB became President?
He wasn't around during the 16 evil years of PDP?

Abeg leave Alhaji Mai Sugar alone o.
That man has done more for Nigeria and Nigerians than all leaders of Nigeria combined since 1914.

Is it as the largest employer of labor in Nigeria?
Is it his high wage packages for his workers?
Is it his detribalized nature that has seen him invest in the West , South South and East more than his own region?
Is it the good name he has given Nigerian as one of the only good things people can mention about Nigeria?
Is it his refusal to join dirty politics?

Abeg leave Aliko alone. Abeggi.

Trying to appeal to sentiments. Post the actual letter from NPA rather than pushing hearsay on the net.

Shut down is what saddens me, can't things get improved in this country rather than total shut down?

Besides that it seems to have all shades of victimization, is the reporter an expert that knows if the structures are in good order on not?
