R Kelly wants to be released from jail by all means necessary, first claim was due to his health deteriorating since being in jail and now because he wants to be with his two GF’s.

Prosecutors ain’t buying R. Kelly’s excuse that he needs to get outta jail while his criminal case is pending with reports saying he is likely planning to make a run for it.

Reports from TMZ are saying

The singer has claimed that he hasn’t been well since he’s been behind bars with his lawyers filling legal docs in which they outline various medical issues, including numbness in one of his hands, anxiety and an untreated hernia.

prosecutors say earlier this year after he was released on bail in Illinois, Kelly sought to travel to Dubai with his two GFs, each of whom took steps to get their own passports.

Kelly’s lawyers have allegedly disallowed his girlfriends, Azriel Clary and Joycelyn Savage, from visiting him at the same time.
Now the government says Kelly’s definitely a flight risk if he gets outta jail, even though the singer’s legal team claims his passport doesn’t contain a single stamp showing international travel.

Kelly who was arrested on federal sex crime charges in Chicago, and is currently facing similar cases in Minnesota and New York. The singer has been remained in jail since July and is currently in general population after being in solitary confinement.

Only one of his girlfriends are now allowed on his visiting list, which can be switched after ninety days. The judge has yet to rule.

R Kelly is further known to have lots of conning attempts with the likes of:

“has a history of coercing women to write letters containing false and embarrassing allegations” so he can later use them as blackmail.

“claim he’s broke is misleading because he continues to get hundreds of thousands of dollars in royalties for his music. What’s more … the government argues it found out he’s redirecting these royalties to the bank account of a childhood friend, but could easily redirect the dough to himself.”
