Why is sitting room/parlor not here? So you mean bulding materials around these areas cannot sell a house?

They can oh but Kitchen and Bathrooms is always priority. Have you ever been to houses/places that have bad toilets? You will run away from that house.
Every one of your visitors will feel welcome and loved when you cook in a good kitchen and you have a good toilet where they can use.
