Recent trends online has been carried between two Nigerian hit movies which features on American media-service provider and production company “Netflix“.

Tweets which went viral as handlers fought themselves saying the “Kemi Adetiba” Drama/Political thriller “King of Boys” should have been listed for the Oscar entry and not “Lionheart” a movie directed by “Genevieve Nnaji“.

Reports which came out after “Screen Daily” released the Oscar’s best international film race 2020 which stares “Lionheart” a the first-ever Nigerian movie to be nominated for the Oscar entry [ an international competition] which features big Nollywood stars such as Nkem Owoh, Pete Edochie, Onyeka Onwenu, Kanayo O. Kanayo and others.



Twitter trend topic which where brought up by users who were not in support of “Lionheart” being the Nigerian Drama to get nominated for the International challenge as they said the movie was trash compared to “Kemi Adetiba’s movie “King of Boys”.

The fight which is getting hotter by the moment as social media app users think the Blockbuster movie “King of Boys” was a better film than the other.
