After several pleas and investigations within the family and within the immediate community, Emmanuel Yakubu, cousin brother to Gaza Solomon, father of the missing boy confessed that the village head Ibrahim Galadima promised him (N100,000.00) if he can get him a male child and that made Emmanuel to lure Godstime his nephew to the village head. After which the village head couldn't even fulfilled his promised afterwards despite handling the boy to him; Emmanuel confesed. Instead the village head and his first son, Ayuba Ibrahim Galadima started threatening to kill Emmanuel if he make attempt to leak secret to anyone. They have all been arrested, made further confessional and implicating statements.
