@question.NO however we have 2bedroom flat at phase1 for 700k times 2 =1.4m.
Neat with 2 toilet's.(Not negotiable)also roomsef for 300k(1 year option,will need renovation)a big roomsef for 800k being 2yrs rent.
They are hot!move fast.

@ahonohai.am sorry the've all have been taken,save the 3 bedroom flat at argungi.
Will let you know if a certain 2bedroom for 1.2m at lekki phase 1 is still available later.

Please note that we have 5 units of brand new one bedroom apartment near new market,oniru.they are so beautiful with water treatment and ample parking for 750k p.a times 2yrs.the road leading there are made up and one will have the option of the backroad to v/i.
