“We think nine per cent is too much for those who are already earning above the minimum wage. i find it hard to understand this statement, most especially a state like Lagos where everything stands on the high side... #20K to #30K is an increase of 50%. So where is the 9% increase coming from. Even if they are asked to increase it, they will only increase the basic part of the salary and tell U allowances won't be increased. So level 8 salary won't increase more than 5 to 10K. |
