I need help on how i can write a code that will enable users earn a certain percentage of their deposit either hourly or daily.

I already worked on some codes which users earn after a period like after 1 or 3 days, but finding it difficult to do the daily earnings.

example: user deposit $1, he receives 0.5% of $1 daily for 7 days.

HMU if you can get it solved using PHP or Codeigniter

First....write a php code to pull users from a mysql database,do the calculations and update database records. Then set up a cron job to run this script daily.

What i want is users to earn 10% DAILY FOR 20 DAYS.

Example: If you have $500 balance , you will earn $50(10%) daily for 20 calendar days.

For example, let's assume the following 5 people registered and choose hourly plan.

A. Made deposit to hourly plan, A receives 5% hourly for 10 hours B. Made deposit to daily plan, B receives 8% daily for 7 days etc.
