On the average, Buhari has recorded an Ease of Doing Business of 160 with a low of 145 and high of 170, which is in contrast to the average of 136 under Goodluck Jonathan, with a low of 125 and high of 147. Late Yar’Adua had greater numbers, averaging 109th position, with a low of 108 and high of 112.
