With all the debt hanging on their neck? How much do you think Lagos makes on their own?

About 400 billion naira annually.

Lagos can't but has the capacity.
I live in a industrial area I worked in one of it years ago I can tell you how much Lagos state govt make from it cos those Chinese men also complain of it, it got to a time all road linking to that place is bad the company propose they do the roads for some months without paying the govt they turned it down cos they are paying alot.
