Abeg make I ask you, should I stop this ICAN Exam Countdown?

Wondering why I ask?

A mother complained that she does not know what to do
again about this Nov diet ICAN exams.
“Whenever I receive your countdown email I will just lose
my appetite for that day and when I get home I won’t be
able to do house shores because ICAN exams date will just be ringing in my head and
my husband has really been complaining about this attitude.”

“But the good thing is that, the countdown is forcing me to study hard and
do intensive revision.
Now I have gotten over it and my revision is in top gear.”

Another woman also complained that initially this countdown
scared her because November looks like a long time but
this countdown made her face the reality and
