WHAT IS LAND BANKING INVESTMENT?

It’s an act of investing a fixed amount of money for a period of time and enjoy high returns on investment. Investing is an act of putting funds to work that generates passive income and that’s why we have designed an investment package that best suit your needs with a specific time frame.

VALUE PREPOSITION TO THE CLIENTS

The Investment is to run for either 6months or 12months which ever you choose, Interest can be paid upfront on either monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual through transfer or cheque(s).
Contract of investment can be terminated by either parties’ subject to a minimum of two (2) months’ notice.
1. All notice must be in writing.
2. Investors will receive contract note.
3. insurance certificate, receipt of payment and proceeds on his or her name.

The investment is guaranteed investment through valued and high profitable landed properties owned by OGA FOR PROPERTY.

Investment term is between 6 and 12months.
interest on 6months investments is 15% and 12months is 30%

PS: In case of liquidation before maturity, 100% flat (liquidation) charge will be applied to the total accrued interest on the investment and the principal remains payable The principal sum and the net accrued interest shall be re-invested for the same period at the prevailing rate of the company upon maturity, if we do not receive your instruction before the maturity date In the event of death, the investors beneficiary has access to the 100% funds through an insurance company (life assurance policy) The investor gets land document, equivalent to the value of the investment worth as a guarantee and at maturity, you have option to sell the land at the present value through us or collect your funds invested No termination is allowed on this investment before maturity and if need be, 100% of the interest will be deducted and capital remain payable.
