extreme waste of money. We copy without thinking. Is there a data base of Nigerians. If you see someone on CCTV robbing another person, and his entire face is shown, when he goes home will you find him? Is there a police station watching the CCTV that's capable of responding to anything that happens in the footage? Is it the police on the road asking for bribes that will trace the culprits face and track him down? Do you have stable light? How will you keep your useless CCTV on? A gen?
