Phones with atleast ANDROID 8.0 & above, 2gig ram & above, 16gig Inbuilt memory & above, 4,000mAh battery capacity & above, plus Amoled display screen!!!

The cheapest phone with AMOLED display available now is Samsung A20, sold at 52k....u can't see any meaningful android phone sold at a price lesser than 50k with AMOLED display

Amoled has been in use for a long time but it only exists in flagship phones and some mid range phones but that that price u r displaying would never give u Amoled display. I can suggest good phones at 30k with great displays but definitely not tecno, itel, infinix

I would have suggested umidigi A3 pro for 28k but since you mentioned tecno and also 4000mah then spark 4 is the best choice for 34500

But.....

Takes up to 6-7 hours till full charge albeit the battery is mad.

It's just 24k, that's what am using before you will call me itel marketer.
