abbasajao: Rag day began in the United Kingdom. It involves ragging people until they give you money. All the money collected is then given to charity. Ragging means behaving in a disorderly manner. In the case of rag day, ragging is done to collect money which is then given to charity. It does not mean that one has to wear rags. |
