National Security More Important Then Rule of Law and Fundamental Rights – Customs Boss Hamid Ali The Comptroller-General of the Nigeria Customs Service, Hamid Ali, declared that Nigerians should be more concern about security rather than the rule of law and constitutional protections of their fundamental rights. The Customs Boss position himself in line with the believed of President Muhammadu Buhari and Attorney-General Abubakar Malami, both of whom had separately expressed their beliefs that security takes more importance over the rule of law.
