Buyer tender financial instrument ie. Bank guarantee (BG), Proof of fund (POF) or letter of comfort (LOC) from his/her bank to seller which state buyer financial capacity

Sellers confirm the financial instrument and revert to seller and arrange for inspection under 72hours of confirming the financial instrument.

Seller/Mandate arrange meeting between both parties. Seller presents the Tank Farm documents to the buyer for sight and also makes available copies of those documents for buyer to search and confirmation.
