Abia is an oil producing state and recieves far more allocation than kogi state.yet ikpeazu is owing 22 months pension and 12months salary.

Yeye Bello too is useless too but he met 6 months salary backlog and 12 months pension backlog from ex governor captain idris wada.

He must come from Bayelsa state because it’s the smallest state with massive allocation

Dickson is not all that bad, his problem is salary.
Since a lot of bayelsans are peasant farmers, fisherman and civil servant, non payment of salary could make them hate you.
When it comes to infrastructure, he is better than his predecessors, but of what use is an airport when most of the people can't even afford a nice home.

Lucky was so bad in his first term that he admitted he should reseat his governorship as punishment for failure (which he failed at again).

Worst still was that he was so brain dead that low budget lebanese scammed him of the same loot and he couldnt talk.

Though Ibori was jailed and now an Ex-con, but he is the best governor in terms of performance till date.Uduaghan and Okowa have low rating in terms of performers. Every ethnic group will always support their own even if they are not performing .That is Nigeria for u.pls Deltans, do not vote according to tribe anymore , they are all the same group of thieve.Warri is now a den of Thieves and kidnappers becos there is no job and the ever restless and violent Delta youth are just look for whom to devour.
