We may be broking it from Pakistan but people should know that it's a Chinese designed and produced jet so they aren't worried. Pakistan is not technologically advanced to the point where they can produce jets but the Chinese are decent at producing weapons

It was designed and built by China, I've read a lot on this aircraft. Pakistan owns 50% of it and they did participate in the development but all the heavy lifting (the design, dev etc) was done by China.
