I was thinking about it. I wondered who (out of both) had more of

* intelligence
* street credibility
* mass appeal
* cash
* flows
* lyrical delivery
* song content
* legacy after death

I would choose 2Pac anyday over Biggie, especiallly because of the song content ("Changes" and "Dear Mama" are still songs that resonate with my being).

Whom would you adjudge the better ? And for what reason(s) ?

All these things are subjective. It is not worth bickering over. Let's enjoy their music for what it is without this whole "crude mentality" of who is better at this.

Let's not forget that this crude mentality is the same thing that played a part in their untimely passing (at least some will argue that)
