God is a brutal, wicked, jealous and non existent being. Looking closely at the Bible, he rarely showed mercy and forgiveness and almost never accomplished anything without killing several people, innocent or not... from the great flood, to lots wife, to Sodom and Gomorrah, to killing all first borns during the Passover, to Job's children and cattle etc. He's a psychotic dictator. Good thing he doesn't exist.

I used to ask my self this question in the past as well.

Thing is, the Bible said that God created all things for His pleasure. The creation of Satan and all of the heavenly hosts was for His pleasure. Remember God has neither beginning nor end.
Now, if the God i am serving does not know tomorrow, nothing makes Him superior to mortal man. It means we are at the same level. But God forbid that. God knows the end from the beginning, to the last dot.
As such, every action from the first creation to he last creation has been foreknown. No decision man makes will shock God.
In essence, God knew Satan would rebel, and actually he was slated to rebel, so that he could be thrown down, so that he would trouble man, so that God can then appear to save man and take the glory. Its all planned out from the beginning.

Satan, in Gods plan and pleasure, has been judged;his fate is sealed. If God forgives Satan, Gods plan is distorted. the whole activity happening right now is like a movie scripted and directed by God Himself. He just holds the remote control and is watching, enjoying Himself.

So, God cannot forgive Satan. And no, it does not make Him wicked or unjust.
You cannot be a healer until there is sickness to heal. You cannot be a provider until there is lack. You cannot save until something is lost.
So, it cannot be any other way.
Lets just keep trusting God and praying to Him. His duty is to prove Himself in our ives in His good time and pleasure.

Has Satan ever asked God for forgiveness? No! Has Satan acknowledge that God is superior? No! Has Satan ended his evil works or stopped afflicting God's children? No! Has Satan...... I can go on and on.

In the world we live in, we have wicked men and women. God does not kill the wicked ones. Wickedness in man could be traced back as early as when Cain killed Abel his brother. Man has refused to live a sin free life, man is imperfect. I do not believe totally that Satan is God's plan.

As a human which you are, God gives you freewill to chose the God you wish to serve. So Good cannot force Satan to change his evil ways, rather Satan will pay for his crimes on judgement day.
