Not too long ago we learnt that corrupt leaders were using Swiss banks to stash looted funds. Now Dubai is where corrupt leaders, Nigerians in particular, spend stolen wealth. Therefore is Dubai not a cesspit and world capital of money laundering (including blood money); noted for Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) of corruption and ill-gotten wealth? |
