Kindly help me out. I just got a Tecno Spark 3 less than a week ago, but the phone keeps telling me 'INTERNAL STORAGE RUNNING OUT'. The phone has 3gb RAM and 16gb internal memory. I inserted a 32gb memory card as well. I don't understand why it keeps showing this message. I have deleted many apps, but still no solution.

If I don't keep deleting app data, some apps like Whatsapp Business will just crash and stop working. It's really annoying.

When they tell you that tecno phones are trash, you don't believe

Tecno is pure crap

May be in your storage setting is set to phone storage

Kindly check

This is new to me though you can go back and return the phone for another

Check your phone storage setting and change it to your SDcard

hope it's not a refurbished phone? when you are done clear the cache too

But check your storage settings to see if you have enough phone memory left
