When I was a child, someone sent me a LEGO plane set.

One thing I noticed fast...I could only build a LEGO plane if i followed the instructions completely and step by step.

You are here blaming God for men's mistakes. Men did not follow the rules on well....not being so corrupt, not fixing the roads on time, not driving a truck that is not rad worthy, and so on.

Thing is, the bible says a lot about good governance. And when people follow what their god actually says....eg, not being corrupt, following rules and regulations like getting your truck roadworthy...and certified roadworthy, and so on.....thigs get better.
