The musician’s trial at the Federal High Court in Lagos, Azeez Fashola alias Naira Marley, was adjourned until December 11 and 12 following a heated argument this morning over space to sit in court.

The trial resumed for hearing today, October 24, but as the judge settled in to hear the case, the lawyer representing the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Rotimi Oyedepo and Naira Marley’s counsel, Olalekan Ojo, SAN, and two other senior lawyers, began to argue over seats available in court.
