I have also witnessed the power of God and that makes me very careful to doubt miracles but not to the point of not using my senses to reason certain facts relating to certain stories.

Does it mean that the guy that escaped from the herdmen execution just went straight to the church and the matter was kept within for testimony time and was never reported to the police and the media never got hint of it until it was shared on the pulpit?

And the same applied to the second testimony, the army took her in for questioning and brought her home without reporting to the authority for investigation and the media did not hear about this?

Please remember that this are not issues of someone having a headache and pastor prayed for me and the headache left, in this days of social media news are captured faster and travel fast, pastors that will fabricate lies on the pulpit to promote their ministries this days will also have to up their games, maybe next time stage manage every step, pay the police, the army and the medias that will play roles.
