My client, a Capital Management firm in Texas are looking for investors for a total of 1 Million USD or investors willing to invest in 10,000 Dollar blocks, so it would allow for anywhere from 1 investor for the whole amount up to 100 investors for 10,000 each.
He is offering the Units (Shares) at 1.00 each and offering 1 Million Units or 20% of the company's equity and planning on paying out 24% per year in dividends to the investors according to their origional investment amount. In addition to the Dividend payments the investors will realise further returns as the company's value/ Units increase.
