He is offering the Units (Shares) at 1.00 each and offering 1 Million Units or 20% of the company's equity and planning on paying out 24% per year in dividends to the investors according to their origional investment amount. In addition to the Dividend payments the investors will realise further returns as the company's value/ Units increase.
