Is there any car which thieves can not steal? Tesla’s are about as good as it gets. There is no door or steering lock to break or pick. They are tracked 24/7 by Tesla and / or the owner. They can be remotely disabled and many parts are VIN coded and cannot be used in other cars. Nobody has yet cracked recoding these parts. Even if a thief disables the GPS on a Tesla, the car can be tracked and recovered by detecting where it is being charged. Just about the only thing a thief could do would be to immediately disable both high and low voltage batteries, tow it away in a shipping container and use only body and interior parts for fixing another Tesla.
