it does actually and doesn't cost a producer a penny or reduce anything from him or her.. personally I think music producers are too engrossed in the creating process and they enjoy it really more than the promotion aspect.. they are too lazy in marketing aspect, that's why you will see very very good producers still struggling to get noticed
