Imagine: A Co-living space, which could be a hall with 50 double deck beds with lockable cupboards and wardrobe spaces assigned to each bed. So 100 occupants. And about 10 toilets, 10 bathrooms. And 4 lounge areas, large dining and games space.

==========

It can serve as a space for new entrants into a City to stay till they find their feet and rent their own space. They will be able to pay as little as 5,000 naira monthly. That's 60k a year.

==========

The space will have dedicated cleaners and pay-to-use washing machines. So its a semi serviced coliving space.

Taking 5k from 100 people monthly is 500k, that is 6 million naira a year.

=========

Coworking spaces can also be provided within the co-living campus for those who are yet to find a job to use in submitting applications as well as embarking on other self development moves.

=========

Washing machines could be provided at the onsite Laundromat with games available to keep busy while waiting for your laundry.

========

This will be a nice initiative for religious bodies to carryout to support young ones who are just living home to stand on their own.

Possible jobs created.
Security
Cleaners
Cooks
In-house Nurses
Technicians (Electricians, Carpenters and Plumbers)
Etc.
And other indirect jobs

It's a great concept, but Lagos has this kinda business model already.

When you hear people say they slept under the bridge in Lagos, it's not under the bridge per se.

Lagos has this kinda of massive apartment that can house lots of people. It's under one of the popular flyovers in Lagos
