I have noticed that for sometime now, whenever I buy Airtime with my Diamond/Access account, I'll be debited but I'll not receive any airtime. This incident has happened on more than 4 occasions and whenever I call my service provider they will tell me that the problem is from my bank. Is there anyone else experiencing this? |

I experienced it 2 days back...all this banks are now thieves in white collar, |
