Bros
First of all there will be no protest in Nigeria that will lead to any government officials or functionary tendering thier resignation because Nigerians are not really angry about corruption
They are angry because they are not the one carrying out the corruption

Confam bro, when corruption favours Nigerians , we call it Grace ...smh

[[s]quote author= post=83572420]When are we going to start seeing this type of resignation in our darling Africa?

Nigeria and Africa as a whole would have developed drastically assuming all our bad past leaders listen to the voice of the people.

Some ruled for many decades
and some democratically elected presidents will even fight to have a way to change the constitution so that they can serve for a 3rd term (greedy criminals)!

Africa our Africa!

In Nigeria, a rogue region will always sellout in such a struggle.

They'll rather perform Spiderman than to hold a fumbling government to accountability.

Two things that will make protest happen in Nigeria 1. Drop tribalism
2. Drop religioous politics.
Then replace them when bad road, no light, w
etc

We can now protest as one Nigeria

Try this in Naija, Na police or army go reset your body or brain last last. Our banks cannot even stop business for a minute.

All that happened in Lagos in 1993. Even cooking gas and kerosene were not available at a time. We all stayed at home after losing some people during June 12 protests. We improvised with “Abacha stove”(sawdust stove)
and coal pots.

Meanwhile in the country run by savege and beastly leaders you get a bullet to the brain for daring to challenge these rogues.
In fact your fellow suffering and smiling simpletons will also attack you for daring to upset the status quo.
The story of a shithole republic.

No public official can ever resign in Nigeria. It never happens.

One of the things it takes to be a public official in Nigeria is trading in your integrity.
