By circular road, they mean the road goes all the way around Ibadan, which by the way is the biggest city in this country.

and neglecting roads connecting major communities or towns in the state

65b was paid to them or looted by ajimobi

And that is the most painful part of this EFCC. I did not believe Ajimobi could be walking freely without being prosecuted all because he was following Buhari during campaign and he is in-law to Gaduje. 8years without anything tangible.

The roads in Oyo state is one of the most terrible, you must visit mechanic for ball joint, shock etc.

I knew from onset that the project was a scam, pump money to contractor and revert back to the their family account.

Which one be ibadan circular road?
Where the road dey for Ibadan so that the masses can also access the progress of work in that road
Or is it a compilations of roads in Ibadan metropolis?

Not compilation.
The road will pass through the boundary of Ibadan in a ring form. So ibadan town will be at thr center, using the road to share boundary with other town in Oyo state.
it a project that can never come to play because Ibadan has a very large land mass. Why not repair millions of bad road instead of project you not be able to commission.

If the Makinde continues, it a death trap because many houses will be affected and poor masses of Oyo state will suffer.

There was no 65billion spent on that road. It was awarded based on BOT arrangement. The contractor was to build, operate and transfer the road to the government after 20 years. Although Ajimobi was not serious about the road initially. That arrangement was completed during the election period.bIf Governor Makinde has a case, he should approach EFCC. The road is getting worse because the government let on stopping contracts awarded by Ajimobi without rea-
warding the contracts to a new contractor. There is nowhere in Oyo state now where any construction project is ongoing.

I just read a post from Makinde himself on Facebook that confirmed that this road was a concession.

From your analysis, I get a view of what the project will look like.
The project should be called a by-pass road that will cut off Ibadan main city.
That to say when you are going to the northern part of Nigeria, when coming from Lagos ,no need to enter inside Ibadan city ,there should be a bypass road that will cut you from Ibadan .
Well that is an elephant project considering the land mass of Ibadan.
Well on a second note it will as well open up those villages at the outskirts of Ibadan.
The project can be done, only that it will cost a fortune.
Example of this project is the Benin city bypass .
