I keep on hearing, reading and even watching Swallow on social medias as Nigerian. Abeg una, before you turn the rest of us that do not Swallow into aliens, many Nigerians do not Swallow. While I accept that it is normal in others parts even within the same ethnic groups, please do not generalize to all Nigerians. My grandmother would smack your head off if you Swallow anything with different names to follow, all meaning greedy! |
