I find dog birthdays ridiculous as the dog does not know what's even happening. A big waste of funds.

Anyway, as the Nigerian middle class gets bigger (not under Buhari though), be expecting to see more of such nonsense.

A dog in the home is regarded as part of family, they have passports, health insurance and other expenses they incur, therefore they are seen as family.
