Be the first point of contact in the office
Notify company personnel of visitor arrival
Responsible for handling front office duties and administrative duties

Front desk operations experience
Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Customer service skills
Multitasking and time management
Computer competencies and ability to use Microsoft office tools
