2. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
(i) Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Business License.
(ii) Evidence of Valid Tax Compliance Certificate, VAT Registration with Tax Identification Number (TIN)
(iii) ISO Certification, Industry Regulatory Compliance Licenses, Manufacturer Authorizations, Exclusive Distributorship Certificates and any other relevant Industry Documentation
(iv) Trade references & Sample Purchase Orders (POs)/ Contracts
(v) Company profile stating registered office and functional contact address including e-mail address and telephone numbers) and Organogram
(vi) Employees CVs & Certifications
(vii) Lease Agreement/ownership
(viii) Evidence of bidder’s financial capability with inclusion of:
• Company’s Audited Account for the last two (2) years 2017,2018
• Verifiable documentary evidence of at least three(3) similar jobs executed in the last five(5) years including letter of award, job completion certificates and photographs of projects.
(ix) A sworn affidavit confirming that the company is not in bankruptcy or receivership
(x) A sworn affidavit confirming that no Director of the company has been convicted for financial fraud related offences in Nigeria or anywhere in the world.
4. GENERAL INFORMATION
