I'm not understanding. How was he able to use the sim to transfer cash without the pin? How did he know her account details, with just the sim? Did he clone the sim or how was he able to use a sim which has already been deactivated? This be a planned work between the said lady (account owner) and suspect. The bank should have investigated properly before flagging the account of the agent. |
