Hi Poster, What immediate extra expenses are involved apart from 400k? How soon can people start building? These estates always say you can build straight away but then delay allocation to make it a media event in the name of allocating in batches of say 20 or so plots. When will the facilities be provided exactly? And how's the topography like, waterlogged? |

the best answer to all your questions is to come and inspect it yourself or send someone to inspect it for you 1. you will see that it is a solid ground topography no sign of water at all 2. that people are already building in the estate direct allocation once you finish payment 3. the only payment is the agreement and survey plan for your plot which is about 140k that all 4. no any other payment 5. all other facilities will be provided as soon as we finish selling. |
