I blame Oshiomole for this. He is politically naive. You don't pull a Jagaban in Edo State when you do not have the clout of the Jagaban. He should find out how Anenih remained relevant for years in Edo politics. You talk less and strike more.

Philip Shaibu supervised the invasion of thugs in Edo State House of Assembly; why he would be nominated by Oshiomole to be the deputy governor is beyond me. That he would publicly speak against Oshiomole shows his genes of thuggery are very much alive and kicking. Godwin Obaseki is also politically naive. You don't fight your godfather in public. Oshiomole should have listened to Louis Odion, and not push Obaseki. Pius Odubu would have been a less controversial governor.

As for Philip Shaibu and Obaseki, make una continue. Your tenure would end and that would end your political career.
