The Mo and Fang Limited; is a privately held, Nigerian Turkish Chinese retail company based in Lagos Nigeria, well known for its focus on classic affordable men and women clothing accessories. The company manufactures most of its apparel in Turkey and China and retails only online as at October 2019. The company plans to open its retail stores across Lagos, Abuja and Accra by January 2021.

We are recruiting to fill the vacancy for a Social Media Analyst. Successful candidate will be involved in Customer acquisition, retention and satisfaction. Candidates will be evaluated for a Social Media Analyst role.

Responsibilities:
1. Analyze user engagement (e.g. click through and bounce rates)
2. Advertise Company’s business.
3. Build customer base.
4. Maintain a cohesive strategy across all platforms to increase our brand awareness.
5. Research how emerging social networks and features can benefit our company.
6. Documents all Paperwork.
7. Provide real-time social media contents with engaging posts.
8. Push sales of products and apparel on our catalog - based on set monthly metrics
9. Follow through with order process to delivery [With Loop Freight]
10. Meet the team's financial deliverables.

Ad-hoc Responsibilities:
 Provide real time update to company’s management on prospects and company growth.
 Offer sales/purchase assistance to prospective clients and colleagues.
 Follow up on customer’s complaints and requests.
 Introduce new clients to company products and close deals.

Competencies:
• Must be IT literate
• Must speak fluently and communicate excellently.
• Have ability to multi- task with little or no supervision.
• Must be creative and innovative
• Strong orientation toward teamwork, ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.

Requirements:
 Preferred background Marketing, Social Media or any related field.
 Must be Flexible and Tech Savvy.
 Must have strong online presence and desire for the job.
 Must have previous Social Media work experience.

ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE
• Contract: based on parameters set by the organization.
• Freelance: Will come in once a week for meetings and updates.
• Will attend all monthly meetings.
• Can work both from home and the office simultaneously.
• On meeting full objectives; will visit our Turkish and Chinese factories to understand the product more.
• Online marketing history very important for consideration
• Remuneration is attractive.
