It says base pay will be the same. meaning same minimum amount.

But of course men will negotiate for much higher amounts or they won't play.

This doesn't mean much in practical terms. The men will still earn considerably more because they pull in much higher revenue.

But it will only be in Countries where d female team performs better than d male team on a regular basis.. Women will always b women.. They don't play d same quality of football.. That was y a Boy's U16 team defeated the best female team in the world n World champions USA 5-2 in a friendly.. u can't compare a full grown woman's strength n tenacity 2 that of a teenage boy..

If you want to watch an actual game of hockey played without grandstanding, watch the women's game. They focus on the actual sport...very refreshing.
