Following a fallout with Arsenal Fans and failure of Granit Xhaka to shake hands with Saka and Coach Unai Emery after he was substituted in the 2:2 draw between Arsenal and Crystal Palace with Arsenal up with 2 goals lead last two weeks (matchday 10),. He however did little to stop McAurthur from crossing to Ayew for the second goal. He was however not listed for matchday 11 versus Wolves which ended 1:1 at the Emirate stadium.
