Job Description
• Involved in the design and deployment of advert materials on the company’s online channels and other platforms
• Daily monitoring and management of different Social media platforms
• Daily engagement of audience of various platforms to enhance growth and retention
• Strategically multiply followers and content reach on various social media platforms
• Create, upload and optimize different content on social media to meet targeted audiences
• Identify and recommend new ways to develop a wider audience and presence online
• Ensure maximum use of the database of users to enhance productivity and growth
• Assist in implementing strategies to build a lasting digital connection with users
• Launch and optimize online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter to increase total number of users on the platform
• Be actively involved in SEO (Search engine optimization) efforts (keyword, image and metag optimization)
• Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
• Provide creative ideas for content marketing on partner websites
• Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Crazy Egg etc.)
• Acquire insights in online marketing trends and keep strategies up to date
• Maintain partnerships with media agencies and influencer partnerships

Requirements:
• 2-3 years proven experience with design and social media marketing or similar role
• Intermediate knowledge of Digital Marketing methods and tools
• Excellent understanding of design, Content writing, social media, UI/UX,
• Experience in Graphic design and executing email marketing templates and campaigns
• Good understanding of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Hotjar, CrazyEgg, etc.)
• Skills and experience in creative content writing
