In the organic fertilizer prioduction line,it is equipped with the fermentation compost turnning machine to ferment the raw materials,using the high temperature to kill the bacterials in the organic raw materials.And then put them into the fertilizer crusher machine to grind the big and hard raw materials.Next using the fertilizer mixer machine to mix the raw materials with other type fertilizer additional materials.Then put them into the fertilizer granulator machine to be made into granulator.In the organic fertilizer production line,it is equipped with the new type organic fertilizer granulator machine to produce the organic fertilizer granulator.And then using the fertilizer screener machine to separate the quality fertilizer granulator from the inquality fertilizer granulator.And put the quality fertilizer granulator into the fertilizer packing machine to make them to be packed.In the npk fertilizer manufacturing process,the fertilizer equipment are equipped not so complex as the organic fertilizer production line.In the npk fertilizer production line,it sometimes does't need to the fermentation compost turner machine.
The complete fertilizer production line is designed for producing the organic fertilizer granulator or the inorganic fertilizer granulator,which in these fertilizer production lines it equipped with different type fertilizer equipment,simplify the fertilizer manufacturing process.
