Female front desk officer needed at Hexacare hospital Badore road Ajah for immediate employment

RESPONSIBILITIES
Welcomes and greets all patients and visitors, in person or over the phone
2. Answers the phone while maintaining a polite, consistent phone manner using proper telephone etiquette
3. Responsible for keeping the reception area clean and organized
4. Registers new patients and updates existing patient demographics by collecting detailed patient information including personal and financial information
4. Facilitates patient flow by notifying the provider of patients' arrival, being aware of delays, and communicating with patients and clinical staff
5. Responds to inquiries by patients, prospective patients, and visitors in a courteous manner
6. Keeps medical office supplies adequately stocked by anticipating inventory needs, placing orders, and monitoring office

REQUIREMENTS
1. Must be female
2. basic computer learning skills
3. ability to learn in the job
4. excellent command of spoken and written english
5. polite and pleasant character
6. clean and presentable appearance

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of OND certificate


Salary expectations
40,000 naira monthly
