Both (V6) have similar fuel consumption, maintenance should be at par.

The Sienna has more cargo space. This means you can carry more goods.

The Sienna should be cheaper to buy. I remember seeing some really good deals on Amdman's thread. You may want to check them out.

The highlander feels a little bit more refined and classy. You are likely to score more babes with it than with the Sienna
